We wish to express our thanks and appreciation to you and all the staff at Elizabeth Court for the care and kindness and responsibility that you have all shown towards our loved one and to us, her family. We have to express our admiration for the way that Elizabeth Court’s staff and management have supported, cared for, protected and embraced their residents, keeping them safe and clear through the darkness of the pandemic. We wish to express appreciation for your professionalism and hard work in interpreting and applying the various rules and regulations at the same time as working hard to find ways for friends and families to remain in communication with their loved ones. This has not been easy and has required a lot of understanding. Thank you for your communications which have certainly helped in understanding what and why things have to happen. She has always been so well cared for in all the years she has been with you. The team at Elizabeth Court have always been friendly and welcoming

Having sadly lost contact with my aunt prior to her passing, it was a great comfort and relief to speak to the care home manager. He knew my aunt very well and had obviously had a special relationship with her. He talked at length with me about her time here and the lengths he and his colleagues had gone to, to make my aunt’s time here, the best it could possibly be.
The way in which he and his colleagues care for and try to cater to their resident’s individual needs became obvious and is admirable.
Nothing has been too much trouble, he has been in constant touch with me and played a huge part in arrangements for my aunt’s funeral service. He wrote a wonderful and personalised eulogy for her and he and his colleagues attended the service.
It has been a great comfort to know that my aunt could not have been in a better place or more well-cared-for.
Thank you to the manager and his colleagues for providing such empathetic and respectful care to those in need of it.

You are a fantastic home providing a true home to the residents. A joy to visit and the staff are so supportive plus the dogs and cats add true value to the care given. I would recommend you to family and friends. The attitude towards a varied and full activity programme is excellent and the management are really knowledgeable and professional. Pleasure to visit on a Friday afternoon. 😊

Residents always seem content and well cared for, a friendly atmosphere with polite staff & management. As a visiting professional I have never had course for concern with Elizabeth Court. They follow our plan of care as best they can dependant on the resident

Reece and the whole team at Elizabeth Court have been wonderful to visit and have helped us to continue to improve the Log my Care system with their feedback

Reece has been fantastic at keeping up with all of the current guidelines and keeping us staff (as well as residents and relatives) well informed about what is expected of us and what our next actions are moving forward every step of the way. The service has ensured that we have never been short on PPE and has gone above and beyond to make sure that the staff and residents have felt, and have remained, as safe as possible. Could not have handled this crisis any better

I regularly visit Elizabeth court rest home to provide routine foot care for those who live there. Every time i arrive I instantly I get a warm reception and feel a calm happy environment. Staff work hard yet  always appear kind and caring which has  a knock on affect with residents appearing happy and content. Residents always look well cared for which is lovely to see and even the small things a resident asking to have her nails painted and staff planning their day to where  they can fit this in. Definitely a home I would be happy to have one of my family live. Well done for your excellent work everybody x
